DMS Enhancer is a cross-browser productivity extension engineered to optimize internal administrative workflows on the DILG Document Management System (dms.dilg.gov.ph). Fully tested and published for Chromium-based browsers (Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), it introduces client-side batch processing, inline document rendering, and dynamic DOM manipulation to eliminate repetitive manual steps in document routing, tracking, and review.

Bulk Processing Engine

• Mass Actions: Features single-click operations for Bulk Accept, Bulk Route Internal, Bulk Complete, and Bulk Mark as Incomplete.
• Rate Limiting & Safety: Implements client-side throttling capped at 15 concurrent items per batch execution to prevent server overhead and rate-limiting errors on backend endpoints.

Embedded PDF Inspection Modal

• Eliminates full-page redirects by integrating an asynchronous modal viewer directly over the active view.
• Renders attached document PDFs instantly within the DOM context for rapid verification.

Integrated Dashboard Controls & UI Enhancements

• Embedded Control Bar: Injects a native-feeling UI bar tracking real-time batch item counters and extension version status.
• Site-Wide Dark Mode: Injectable modular CSS stylesheet targeting Dashboard, Incoming, Received, Reports, and Settings modules to decrease visual fatigue during extended operations.

Browser Compatibility & Platform Strategy

• Target Platforms: Published and verified on Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge (Chromium Engine).
